So last week my goal was to hit 135 on August 1, but I didn’t exercise over the weekend (did eat right though!) so I only lost .4 pounds this week, which I’m still very happy about! So, my goal will be 135 in two weeks. That’s a pound and a half a week. I think I can do that!

I ran for an hour yesterday!!!!! (Running 8 minutes then walking for a minute, repeat for one hour)

Exercise plan:
-lower body weights -abs -cardio —-rrruuuunnn.
Running plan:
Run for 8 minutes, walk for 1 minute. Repeat until I can’t anymore!
I did that last summer and ended up running 5 miles. Wtf. I know. I did it three times and haven’t been able to get close again. Maybe it’s the right time of year to make it happen!
Running is the #1 skinny exercise.
